What materials do you weld?

Carbon steel, low-alloy and chrome-moly, stainless steel, and aluminum, with nickel alloys on request. Stainless and alloy pipe is back-purged and welded with controlled heat input; carbon plate and heavy sections run under FCAW or submerged arc.

Which welding processes do you offer?

Shielded metal arc (SMAW), gas metal arc (GMAW), gas tungsten arc (GTAW), flux cored arc (FCAW), and submerged arc (SAW), plus plasma cutting. Many pipe and structural joints use a combination: a TIG or stick root with wire-fed or SAW fill.

Do you do field work, or only shop fabrication?

Both. Most spools and skids are fabricated in our Colton shop and delivered, and our crew travels with engine-driven rigs for field welding, structural repairs, and installation across the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego.

Can you provide weld documentation and material certs?

Yes. Heat numbers are logged when material arrives, every job gets a weld map, and material test reports are retained and delivered with the work. When your specification requires third-party NDE such as RT, UT, PT, or MT, we coordinate it.

How do quotes and lead times work?

Send drawings or a description and we'll return an itemized quote covering material, hours, consumables, and delivery, with a lead time you can plan around. Scope changes are priced in writing before we proceed. Refer a new customer and you receive 15% off.

Every weld we ship is one we'd put our name on.

A weld either meets the procedure or it doesn't leave the shop. If something we fabricated doesn't fit or doesn't pass inspection against the spec we quoted to, we make it right at our cost.
